Minor Motels has confirmed its entrance into Bahrain with the upcoming debut of its Avani and Tivoli manufacturers.
Scheduled to open in 2024, Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort can be a part of Bilaj Al Jazayer, a brand new waterfront leisure mixed-use masterplan.
The event is owned by Edamah, the actual property arm of the Bahrain sovereign wealth fund, Mumtalakat.
The brand new improvement will supply resorts, residential villas and flats, meals and beverage shops, retail, workplaces and leisure.
Bilaj Al Jazayer is positioned on the south-west coast of Bahrain and encompasses 1.3 million sq. metres of land with a three-kilometre beachfront.
Manama, the capital and major metropolis of Bahrain, is a 25-minute drive and Bahrain Worldwide F1 Circuit and Dilmun Waterpark are in shut proximity.
The brand new Avani and Tivoli motels, every with 110 keys, can be positioned alongside the principle boulevard of Bilaj Al Jazayer on the waterfront.
Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer will supply a choice of visitor rooms and suites, an all-day eating restaurant, an Avani Pantry and a pool bar, along with an out of doors swimming pool, a gymnasium and assembly area.
Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer’s services will embody visitor rooms and suites, two eating places, two bars and a café, an out of doors swimming pool, a gymnasium, plus spa and wellness services.
